The National Student Bursary Office (NSBO) at Rosebank International provides strategic oversight and leadership of the institution’s bursary portfolio. The Office supports equitable access to higher education by facilitating funding opportunities for students and working collaboratively with funding partners and stakeholders to contribute to student access, academic progression and success.

Our Purpose

We are committed to reducing financial barriers to higher education by creating and facilitating meaningful funding opportunities for eligible students. Through a well-governed and sustainable bursary portfolio, the NSBO supports student opportunity while building partnerships that contribute to access, progression and student success.

What We Offer

The NSBO provides a structured, collaborative approach to bursary management and funding partnerships. We align programmes with funder priorities, oversee implementation, monitor student progress, manage stakeholder relationships, provide transparent reporting and insights, and ensure responsible funding management through effective governance, accountability, and programme oversight.
