disputes both locally and internationally. It is particularly suited to those aspiring to become specialists in
alternative dispute resolution, procedural or integrative law, and those interested in contributing to cutting-edge
legal research or pursuing a Doctoral (NQF Level 10) qualification.

To be awarded this qualification, students must achieve a minimum final year mark of 50% for all six modules.
